Bilingual Case Manager with Call to Freedom

This position will provide support to case managers and work with teams to manage tasks. Key tasks include educating and connecting with the foreign national community, setting up and tear down of booths at events, and managing the tracking and delivery process to referral partners.

Executive Assistant with Call to Freedom

The Executive Assistant serves as the primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies on all matters pertaining to the Executive Director. The Executive Assistant also serves as a liaison to the board of directors, advisory boards, and senior management teams; organizes and coordinates executive outreach and external relations efforts; and oversees special projects. The Executive Assistant must be creative and enjoy working within a small, entrepreneurial environment that is mission-driven, results-driven and community oriented. The ideal individual will have the ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations, with strong written and verbal communication, administrative, and organizational skills, and the ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities. The Executive Assistant will have the ability to work independently on projects, from conception to completion, and must be able to work under pressure at times to handle a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with discretion.

Youth Case Manager with Call to Freedom

The Youth Case Manager purpose is to support the efforts of Call to Freedom coordinating education and prevention services for human trafficking youth victim throughout the Sioux Falls Youth Programs and metro counties. The Youth Case Manager facilitates partnership with the Sioux Falls Youth Programs and metro counties, education and community outreach, training/prevention, case management and technical assistance to existing community response teams, and develop multi-disciplinary teams as needed.

Community Engagement Manager with Call to Freedom

The purpose of the Community Engagement Manager is to support the efforts of Call to Freedom by engaging community awareness and partnerships, assist with agency events and oversee the volunteer department. Assist the Executive Director and Managing Director of Development & Community Engagement with connections in South Dakota and surrounding regions for financial partnerships and volunteer recruitment/engagement.
